Accommodations

There is a block of rooms available on-site at the Roundhouse beginning Sunday evening. Due to another event, there are no rooms available on Saturday night. To book a room, please call the Roundhouse and mention the Kaplan-Blakeley block to access the group rate. (845) 765-8369.

Fishkill hotels are just a few miles east of Beacon, an easy 10-minute drive or cab away. We will provide transportation from the hotels in Fishkill to and from the wedding on Sunday. The bus will pick-up from the hotels on Sunday at 2:45pm only. After the wedding, multiple trips will be made from the wedding back to the hotels from 10pm to midnight.

Metro-North Train

Take the Metro-North train from Grand Central to Beacon — not Beacon Falls — on the Hudson Line. Weekend travel is considered off-peak.

If you are traveling by train for the wedding day only, we recommend you depart Grand Central at 1:34pm and arrive in Beacon at 3:10. If you miss that train, you will be late to the ceremony! We will have a chartered bus picking up guests at the Beacon Metro-North train station around 3:30pm. We will also provide a bus at the Roundhouse to take you back to the train station to catch the 10:12pm, 11:12pm, and 12:12am trains back to Grand Central.

Taxi service is available from the station to the Roundhouse and local hotels for $8-15.

Driving

Beacon and Fishkill are located on the east side of the Hudson River, about 70 minutes north of Manhattan. The Roundhouse is located at 2 East Main Street in Beacon, New York. Specific driving directions can be found [here], and parking is available on site.

Flying

Stewart International Airport (SWF) is located only 20 minutes from Beacon, and Westchester County Airport (HPN) is about 50 minutes away. You may also choose to fly to New York City airports, including LaGuardia (LGA), John F Kennedy (JFK), and Newark (EWR), which are closer to 90 minutes from Beacon.
